    The messages should indicate why they were sent. Did you read the details?

    If you're clearing cookies/site info after each session Google will alert you for a new sign in the next time you log in. You don't give examples of what the security message is, but I'm guessing it is this. Can you post a screenshot of the message (be sure to blackout personal info)?
