I use the Portableapps.com Platform. I tried to close it and this happened

How do i stop this from occurring. Could the platform have something to do with it?

try not use it... then see... is the problem still same ?
I haven't tried Chrome on Portable Apps yet but also consider this, the installed Microsoft Edge also runs in the background when seemingly closed but still held in memory. There is a tie-in between Edge and Chrome/Chromium.

then check startup command using 3rd party software like revo ccleaner or other... sometimes there is an hidden command to make it run on startup or keep running
and... try stop your Office open in edge,,, onedrive open office
because onedrive related to windows, windows to edge... circle of daemon lol
i always disable defender smart screen, smart browse, smart shopping and/or other smart stuff ^_^
better be an idiot but no background process ^_^
