    Sounds like the old Microsoft "Embrace and Extend" approach in the Internet early days. It's a "can't lose" for Firefox. Wonder if/how Google will react? Can an extension developer block Firefox usage?

    I honestly don't know this: Is the current version of Microsoft EDGE built on Chrome? Does EDGE use the same extension APIs as Google?
