Kari, can't that be done with the option to show windows side by side. I haven't tried for browsing, but use it when I transfer my computer stuff to the X HD.

It's not the same. In Maxthon Split View I only have one browser session open. Look for instance the favorites bar in my screenshot; using two instances of the browser would only show half of it on both whereas the Split View shows the full bar which is shared by both views.

Also for instance minimizing and maximizing hides and shows the whole browser, both views, whereas using two browser sessions side by side both have their own controls and must be hidden / shown separately, not to speak about the extra clicks and moving them so that they fit side by side nicely. Notice that the Split View function also uses less resources than having two separate instances of the browser open.

Using Maxthon I simply need to press F10 to split the view, compared to opening a new browser instance, resizing the first one and placing the new instance beside it.

I like the split view feature, i use chrome which i think needs a plugin to do that.

I tend to use snap to split them but hitting F10 and keeping it in the same window is nice.

Vivaldi Snapshot 1.0.111.2 now with experimental 64-bit Windows build and more language support

This week, we've included a test-build for 64-bit Windows for you guys to play with. Please remember that not all plugins will work with this version as you need 64-bit version of the plugin as well.

We've also added some more languages in this build. Thanks for all the volunteers that helped us to get those new languages supported.

I just tried CyberFox. Seems quite a bit faster than FF even though it could be its brother.
