in Chrome shopping links all say blocked when clicked

example web site, then click anything for sale.
It has been doing this forever.

I noticed something, bing shopping can return 2 kinds of shopping pages when searching for something.
Bing shopping search is the problem. Google shopping works fine.

This one does not work, using a search for 'rear axle' and in left lower of page, link text says javascript:void(0)



But this one does work using a search for 'turtle', and the page displays very differently



So why is bing shopping being dumb?
