Bookmark organizer?

I manage to end up with several bookmark folders. One from when I used explorer/edge, another one similar that I copied from my old laptop, and a newer one I use in Chrome. I had once used a bookmark manager for Explorer, but once edge was release it no longer worked. It helped sort and organize your bookmarks into categories, but it also had a broken/dead link finder. This helped clean out all the old links that no longer worked. I forgot the name of that program, but I would like something like that for Chrome, as that's now my preferred browser. Suggestions?
