Looking for a new third party email.

My 2015 Win 7 PC went down in October. I bought a new tower with Win 10. Microsoft stopped supporting Outlook and I still use my ISP email. The new Microsoft MAIL added a suffix to my email address that I do not like. Thunderbird will receive but will not send and have spent many hours trying to fix that. My old PC has been fixed and when it is active, all email goes to the old Outlook account, downloads the ISP server and deletes the Inbox from all other third-party email accounts.
365 is at the office but I don't want a subscription charge for my personal use email. This email address has been my default for many years and I would like to continue using it. I have Gmail and Yahoo accounts but like the old Outlook format.

Beside outlook and thunderbird that i consider a good email client. Another good email client would be vivaldi's browser > Vivaldi Browser Features | Everything’s an option that come with built in email client.

I downloaded Vivaldi and used the mail feature. Could not set up the client account.

Another that is a lot like Outlook Express is SeaMonkey Browser that also includes an E-Mail Client. Then there's eM Client.

I would like to get away from Chrome. I like Firefox but find I have to sign into every site that requires it -- every time I revisit. I have synced but it doesn't seem to work for passwords - for me anyway. Do you like Vivaldi? Just curious. I am just a basic user. Don't need anything fancy. Thanks very much.

You can use the Windows 10 Mail App.
I use it for ISP supplied Email Account, Outlook Mail Accounts, Gmail, and Yahoo Mail Accounts.

So you do not need a third party application. Set that up and look around for something else if you wish.

Exactly, so the Windows 10 Mail App is simple/basic and costs you nothing extra.
