Edge Favorites Bar Order

You have to stay on the Favorites bar when you drag it. If you get high or low you will get the Stop sign.
Dragging works for me.

It works well in my Edge ,i can move the icons any place on the bar except as Petrosil mentioned regarding the dropdown

Thanks, Jim, But I tried that to no avail. Once I get past my "User CP - Windows" link the circle appears.

Does everyone get the "cannot move here" red circle even if it does work for you?
