All notifications links are all of a sudden bad links

Yup this craziness started Saturday afternoon or Sunday for me.

Praise the Lord the Windows notifications are working at least in my part of the world. Exfso

Whatever the issue was it now seems to have resolved itself, all is back to normal. All YouTube links in the notification are now open normally. It may have been an issue with YouTube, who knows!!!
