How do I remove all email addresses from Outlook.com please?

I am trying to have a reset having bought a new Tablet PC (Surface Go 2) and am not able to access what is on my old Tablet (Linx1010B) and having also muddled up our shared Microsft365 settings with my (even less technically understanding than me) wife's Laptop.

I thought that I would try and have as clean a start as possible.

However on my PC -accessing Outlook.com - stubbornly 3 email accounts remain.

I want to remove them to learn about this set up from the beginning.

Going back over about 25 years I have over ten email accounts - used at different times for different things that I want to retain access to and ultimately would like to have everything show up in one Email In Box.

I also access email via Thunderbird and have not (yet and may never) add it to my new tablet Device as I want everything to synchronise - I also have an Android phone and access emails via there as well.

So it seems to me I need to best have a clean start as far as possible.

I am not sure if I am misreading instructions in tutorials or just looking in the wrong place - but I get in a terrible muddle and my usual reaction is to give up which later means I have an even bigger muddle somewhere else (I have - but will not confuse matters by mentioning it here!).
