Images stopped showing in Outlook/Hotmail

Hi all, I had the same problem the past two days myself but when I checked my outlook.com email this morning, all the images loaded up on all email today and on the previous emails. It looks like MS has fixed the problem whatever it was.

Thanks! I reset the security options and the images are still showing.

I use MS Office Professional Plus 2016 on my desktop.
And I have Outlook Exchange.

I have issues with images not being displayed for some emails that are in my sent folder on my desktop. When I click on the forward-button for one those email the images appears right away.
And the images appears as they should when I check the forwarded email at Gmail and Hotmail thru a web-browser.

If I log into my Exchange account the check my emails with a browser, all images are displayed as they should in the sent folder.

This has almost driven me crazy. I have spent too much time coding a php script that open an .eml file with specific content. And I thought I did something wrong. But It seems that it has something to do with my desktop version of Outlook.

Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts about this?
