Windows 10, version 21H1

This is driving me mad! Can permanently delete links in Edge Other Favourites, but how do I permanently get rid of links in Edge Favourites Bar. There are 4 links which were in I.E., but deleted more than a yearago. Don’t use the Cloud, not in IE Favourites, not in Firefox Favourites. I keep deleting them in Edge, but they just keep coming back in Bar!
Tried copy/pasting link shown above in File Explorer and it showsWindows can’t find.
Remove all Favorites Bar entries in EDGE

Just to add, in Settings, Edge Import browser data, all of the drop down menu "Import from", show non of the boxes ticked.

Don't seem to be able to attach a screen shot.
