Have an interesting problem that just started to occur, and am wondering if this has something to do with recent Windows 10 updates. I am running Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1202). This problem affected both my desktop and my laptop PC.

While I can view a specific commercial website (using Chrome or Microsoft Edge), I cannot log onto it like I normally do. (Am leaving the website name off the email, as I am not sure it is relevant). This started happening yesterday, on both my desktop or my laptop. Instead of logging onto the site, I get the message
Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
IBM_HTTP_Server at www.xxxxxxxxx.com Port 80 (not a porn site, just using xx's to blank out the name).

That is all that is on the screen.

Doing a bit of web surfing, this response could be related to large cookies. So, on my desktop, I cleared all my cookies, emptied the cache, rebooted several times, and no luck.
Changed the password and talked to their Tech Support, and that didn't help either. Talking to the commercial website Tech Support, they suggested using Incognito Mode, which surprisingly worked! My understanding is that Incognito mode loads with no tracking / cookies, so maybe that is right. But, even after clearing the cookies from the desktop, have the same issue occurring.

As this affects both my desktop and my laptop (Microsoft Surface Pro 7, which is also up to date on Windows), affecting both at essentially the same time, I am suspecting this may be a Windows problem.

So, while I have a work around solution in Incognito mode, this is perplexing to me. If not a Windows problem, I will be asking them to delete my account and I will start over, but apparently they are not having this issue with others (yet).
