How to add link to Youtube Watch Later List to Start ?

Thanks for the BAT option. Be aware I am not looking for Autostarting the web page. I simply would like a link to open this page. I can a link in Start (as you know Start is the desktop shown in tablet mode). I can create a link to Open Edge, but in this modern day and age one would think creating a link to a web page should be possible as well.

Ah, OK. I do NOT use or am familiar with Tablet Mode, so I will leave it up to those who a more familiar with that scenario.
