Faulty video

There could be a number of reasons, but as it is only

one particular person who uploads gardening videos that no longer play.The video freezes on the first frame but
the audio plays perfectly for the length of the video.It`s the only channel that does this,

It is reasonable to presume that it is something connected with that particular upload form

Works fine here, just to prove it's not a geographic block issue

Just to eliminate the possibility My Browser is chrome- if you are using any other browser, that could be the cause - try with Chrome or even the Chromium Based Edge

Works fine in Edge and Firefox. Try clearing your browser's cache.

That link works fine for me in the latest Firefox. Here are its 'Stats for nerds' which may help others with diagnosis.



You could try turning off 'Use hardware acceleration when available' in Firefox and see if that helps.

If it is a buffering issue due to a slow connection, then choosing to play at a lower resolution may help.

Change to lower quality and test.
