    Faulty video

Windows 10 home 64bit ver 21H1. I watch a lot of videos on Youtube with no problem but for some reason there
is one particular person who uploads gardening videos that no longer play. The video freezes on the first frame but
the audio plays perfectly for the length of the video. It`s the only channel that does this, could it be that he`s using a
different format that I can`t read?

There could be a number of reasons, but as it is only
one particular person who uploads gardening videos that no longer play. The video freezes on the first frame but
the audio plays perfectly for the length of the video. It`s the only channel that does this,
It is reasonable to presume that it is something connected with that particular upload form
    A link to this
one particular person who uploads gardening videos

    would be extremely helpful

Works fine here, just to prove it's not a geographic block issue

    Edit

Just to eliminate the possibility My Browser is chrome- if you are using any other browser, that could be the cause - try with Chrome or even the Chromium Based Edge

No issue viewing them on my end.

I'm sorry, I have no idea what may be causing the problem for you.

    Good luck.

Works fine in Edge and Firefox. Try clearing your browser's cache.

I do use the latest Firefox but don`t have Chrome. The above link is a different video
that seems worse than the others.

That link works fine for me in the latest Firefox. Here are its 'Stats for nerds' which may help others with diagnosis.

You could try turning off 'Use hardware acceleration when available' in Firefox and see if that helps.

If it is a buffering issue due to a slow connection, then choosing to play at a lower resolution may help.

Change to lower quality and test.
