    All it does is make the active tab the same size as the inactive tabs.
    The size difference was only like .5mm on my browser.
    And you have to restart FF for it to take affect.

    I closed FF then reopened ...no change

    Also my userChrome.css looks a lot different than yours ....I actually had to add that line as it was not in mine
