I can't wheel scroll if my cursor is resting on a "folder icon" and I'm pretty sure that's the way it's supposed to be.
I have my settings about scrolling, like this...
That's what my settings are to.

In this pic... only the middle list of bookmarks is long enough to be scrollable.
If the cursor is resting on any individual icon in the middle list... I can wheel scroll the middle list.

When the cursor is resting on the HOME FREE folder icon in the middle list, I can't wheel scroll the middle list anymore.
I believe this is because... even though I have the cursor on the middle list, the bookmark's "focus" is really on the right hand list, which isn't long enough to scroll.
You explained it much better than I did, that's exactly whats happening.
At least I know what's going on and I'll get used to it.

    Thx Ghot!

Looks like this Beta test of DL's did not make it to the Final FF 97 released today (FTP). I am on FF 97.0 and this is the screen I get when downloading a PDF, for example.

I believe it's on new installs. If you already have it set as that then you shouldn't notice any change. Kind of like the compact toolbar when they removed it. If you were already using compact you didn't notice a change, but new installs didn't have the option anymore.

    Just for info:

Before you even start it might be an idea to create a custom profile to your liking.

Yeah. I checked mine also... no change.
Either they haven't done it yet, or maybe I changed the setting before this update?

Or maybe like Bobby says... it only happens on new installs?
