Nordvpn locks up PC

I had been using Nordvpn for a while and it was either locking up my PC or really slowing it down.

I know most VPN's will slow down the internet connections but it had got unbearable. I just had to uninstall Nordvpn and I am no longer locking up and speed of the internet is remarkably faster.

Any ideas to use a vpn and not have these issues?"

NordVPN has a chat/support forum. Other info available on the 'net including above forum threads.

Is Windows 7 your o/s ? If so, many programs may be difficult or have issues. Also, would be a good to complete My Computer section with system specs.

Callender I originally purchased Nordv[n to use with my firetv stick. I had cut the cord and with Nordvpn and Firetv stick in combination, I had access to nearly 100 tv channels. My understanding is a VPN protects my computers from outside watchers from seeing what is on my pc (BTW I don't keep any thing on my PC worth stealing). What is split tunnelling

I had used Nordvpn on both Windows 10 and Windows 7. I have uninstalled it on both PCs.
