Hi you asked on post 7
and I provided a full explanation to you on post 8 with a link to a more comprehensive explanation including how to deal with spam on various browsers AND a link to check if your email address has been the subject of a data stealI mean please I would like to know why I keep getting email spams?
I see you have revisited the topic since my post
Do you require further assistance
Your response would be appreciated when of course you have the time.
I haven't checked some lately but used to be that anything one subscribed to would have their information shared with a sites' 'partners' but the names of those 'partners' weren't revealed. So posting an address could be shared with who knows how many others. Also, blocking an Address or Name or Subject could be bypassed simply by changing one character, keeps the recipients chasing the tail of the cat, so to speak.
And it doesn't want automatically send to spam folder on my gmail email
Probably need to start using the gmail filters, they will work on domains as well as full addresses, I get or did get loads of spam from numerous different obviously made up accounts ending in drivefact.org, so I just set up a filter to delete anything from drivefact.org, which is a known source of spam and does nothing to control it, so now it just goes straight into the Gmail bin avoiding inbox and spam folder. The Gmail bin like the spam folder retains deleted stuff for 30 days and you can access it, I do on occasions just to see what's in it, last count around 30 spams from drivefact.org, plus loads of others I've filtered out, you can permanently delete them as well if you want.
Perhaps you could purchase a web site domain for personal use. Then you could set up new private email addresses and be cautious where you used them.
