Gmail sign-in now starts with "Google Workspace", then goes to Gmail

Since yesterday when I sign in to Gmail, after typing my password, instead of indicating in large letters something like "loading Gmail ..." (I forget the exact wording) ... it now shows "Google Workspace". And then goes smoothly and directly to my Gmail.

Note: I do not have a " Google Workspace" account (nor want one).

I read that Google is now having a problem with many Google Workspace users now not being able sign into their Gmail accounts and that their engineers were working on it. So is my above "issue" another bug related to their attempted fix of the Google Workspace user - Gmail sign-in issue? I sent in "Feedback" from my Gmail account ... but I doubt that they read it.


How can we actually / "seriously" alert Google?

I noticed that this morning. I didn't catch it fully, so I had to reload it to see what it said. I thought I was seeing things. HAHA

Well it is still there, and after a more insightful re.reading of the Google CEO's statement, this is merely an ANNOYINGLY blatant advertising / marketing ploy, daily sticking in our faces their plan to ensnare more of us to collect more "Google Users" data to sell and outdo whatever fair-market competition they might imagine.

Like plastering "TOYOTA" on the back of Toyota trucks. MY instinctive and learned predilection is to REFUSE any and all unasked-for things "offered" me, preferring to choose for myself. As a mature adult and not a childish sheep, I find such sales-pushing to be intrusive abuse and train my self to avoid it In the future now, even if I might find a need to use "Google Workspit" ,,, I would find an alternative that I found.

I will see if they relent before considering the case "solved"
