How to disable Multicast in Edge?

I have tried all media router flags, webrtc, etc, but no luck. Edge still tries to connect to 239.255.255.250.
I have disabled Multicast in Windows ("EnableMulticast"="0") and it went quiet, now to shut up Edge.

I don't know the answer but in such cases I remap routing table to block connection by adding a non existent ip address.

In case anyone is interested, I have found out how to disable multicast in Windows, mDNS specifically.
    Code:
    reg add "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dnscache\Parameters" /v "EnableMDNS" /t REG_DWORD /d "0" /f
