I was able to post on HP Community forum but not now?
I signed-in as Wigan and suddenly found that I could no longer post new threads. Each time I try I get the message “You do not have sufficient privileges….”.
I tried several times over two days using Firefox and Vivaldi browsers. Rebooted the router.
Created a new user account Wiganken1 but still the same problem.
Found that I can ‘Reply’ to existing threads so I have ‘replied’ to a thread hoping that a forum controller might see my post and help me.
Thought it might be because I was pasting the text in from a Word document but the same thing happens if I type text in manually.
I know of no reason why I would have been blocked and, in any case the same thing happened when I created a new user account Wiganken1.
Even if I could post a new thread there is nowhere on the HP Community forum where one can send a message to the forum controllers so I thought TenForums might be able to help.
Q – Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks

HP closed several local forums and only the main one is fully usable. Some month ago I got a message from HP about this.
This days use this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/
But I don't know wether I can write or not - I don't have any questions right now

Thank you but that is the same URL that I use and I can see new theads that others have posted. I can 'Reply' to posts but I can't start a new thread.
Anyone else having this problem?

I do NOT
know if this will help, but have you tried clearing the Temporary Internet Files
. . .
> How to Delete Temporary Files in Windows 10
If that does NOT
work, have you tried contacting the Site Administrators
?
I hope this helps.

Thank you Paul - I had run Disk Cleanup but, as you suggested I deleted temporary files just now and it was no different.
As I said above "there is nowhere on the HP Community forum where one can send a message to the forum controllers".
Because I am able to 'Reply' to threads I think I will reply to a thread and then 'Report/Flag' my own post to get the attention of the Forum Administrators. In my report I can describe my issue. That is the only way I can see of getting in touch with them. Can you see any downsides to doing this?

You are VERY welcome.
Sound like a good plan. Just write in the post that you post something like Posted in Error.

@Paul Black - FYI - The problem seems to have been at the forum end. Reporting my own post did the trick and the Moderators got back to me saying they had passed the matter onto the Community forum Administrators. It seems to have affected other users so not just me. All fixed now.
Thought you'd like to know as a trick to use in the future.

Hello @wiganken,
Thank you for the update. It will also help others with a similar problem who come across this thread looking for an answer.
