You might believe that AsGuard is hidden piece of software but if it was it would become known as a common issue.
--- I'm on 20H2 using Edge Chromium and I don't see anything on AsGuard on either one of my 2 PC's.
--- Since you mention hidden software, that leads to me to believe AsGuard isn't in use on 1909: is that true?

1909 has reached end of service on May 11, 2021
Windows 10 version 1909 will reach end of service on May 11, 2021
Windows 10 version 1909 will reach end of service on May 11, 2021
--- It would be a good idea to upgrade to 20H2 as soon as possible.

You have sites in which AsGuard doesn't come into play, but some do: that's only on 20H2, correct?

Are you sure AsGuard isn't in your 1909 but maybe allowed permission to use the affected websites?
--- If AsGuard is there, uninstall it before upgrading to 20H2.
--- You might think why in the world am I bringing that up?
--- Well, in my experience when I service someone's PC, I have seen many times when verification is needed.

    Following up, upgrade to 20H2.

If AsGuard is still an issue as you describe, uninstall it

As I said on many of my posts, it is NOT on 1909, I have NEVER installed it, I have been using 1909 for a very, very long time, and if adguard was installed, then it would present itself when I got to various websites, but as it doesn't, and a registry scan along with a deep file scan shows nothing in the way of adguard, meaning it is NOT on my PC at all.

Not if adguard is still hidden

    Yes, only on 20H2

Yes, I am 100% sure that adguard is NOT on the PC I'm using now that is running 1909

OK, here's the results, upgrading to 20H2, there is NO evidence that adguard is installed, it is not in the uninstall section, it can not be found using a deep file scan, it is not installed as a browser extension, and there's no evidence that it exists in the registry, I've even booted to a Linux live CD, and using Linux file search commands, it even seached areas that windows deemed as hidden, but Linux can see, and Linux didn't even find it, in fact it is nowhere to be found, meaning it is a piece of software that only presents itself when upgraded to 20H2, so in the mean time, even though 1909 has reached it's 'End of Service', the only fix I came up with is to increase the update delay to 4 years, until another feature upgrade is sent out, and by that time, other bugs from 20H2 are hopefully fixed.

As long as I keep my Avast premium security suite updated, I really don't need the security updates MS push out.

You can use 3rd party uninstallation programs (like Revo Uninstaller) to find AdGuard in 20H2

Please report the exact message as opposed to "something like" as requested by dalchina in post #12.

Then leave everything as is since AdGuard is in use.
--- Run AdwCleaner and see if it detects AdGuard since it is in use.

I'm at a loss to find any evidence of it being present in my 20H2, even if I use Edge to visit the sites where you say you have seen it in action.

I use the AdGuard extension on Firefox and Edge and all the sites the OP pointed out have passed ok with it. AdGuard is on GitHub and the team are quite open with their work and contact details. Microsoft wouldn't inject malware to Windows so that leaves something else peculiar happening. I would certainly send Microsoft a security feedback about the issue and possibly contact AdGuard if you want to pursue the issue.

As I'm not a complete noob with computers, I have actually run various malware/adware programs such as ad-aware, and spy-bot search and destroy and neither of them found adguard, and since nobody really reads through posts, I'll say this yet again for the benefit of jbcarreon, that said:

I have already used Revo Uninstaller and being that I purchased it, I have the pro version, and it didn't find Adguard.

So, it looks like I may have to keep using 1909 until there's another feature update other than 20H2.

Thanks for everyone's help, I'll mark this post as solved.
