Freezing when browsing since HD replaced

    20H2
A week or so ago my hard Drive failed and replaced by a SSD Windows 10 and other matters also without problem.
I chose to update Chrome to the latest 64 bit version, but since then have occasions, when the screen freezes for Chrome and all else. Control- Alt- Delete is unavailable, nor is the settings column to reset the computer. I am reduced to switching off at the main (multi socket extension tower), then repowering up router and computer etc ,etc.
Suggestions, please, of probable causes, where i need look, and how I solve the annoyance.

when the screen freezes for Chrome and all else. .
    - "all else" meaning other browsers ? If not, try another browser to see if browser is at fault.

    - Check Event Viewer, Windows Reliability Monitor, and Device Manager for possible error codes

    - Did you download Win10 on the new SSD Drive ? All updates ?

    - Reset is missing in Update and Recovery ? Try to install form the MSN site.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it onto your Desktop. If your default download location is not your Desktop, drag it out of it's location onto the Desktop.
    Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
If we have to run Farbar more than once, refer this SS.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
    Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the Desktop.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt) on the Desktop.
The logs are large, upload them using this. No time delays/Captcha-I'm not a Robot/account/registration needed. Give us the links please.

@pericles Event Viewer has nothing prior to this morning, where there are multitudinous errors, too many to post and which are not understood. Is it possible to load these to the forum for advice?

The most common error in the logs, shows System Restore is not enabled. I have to go out, I will deal with the other errors in about 6 hrs.

To enable System Restore, use these steps:

    1: Open Start.
2: Search for Create a restore point and click the top result to open the System Properties page.
3: Under the "Protection Settings" section, select the main "System" drive.
4: Click the Configure button. ...
5: Select the Turn on system protection option. ...
    6: Click the Apply button.
