Is there a way to add the file menu in Microsoft Edge

    Me neither. All I know is that Vivaldi is lucky enough to have file menus. Vivaldi is updated very frequently as well as Edge or Chrome and its a modern web browser.

    I guess that you will need to learn the shortcuts instead.

    I have read the shortcut link you posted above. There are no options to restore the file menu.

    The point is that those shortcuts operate functions that were contained in the file menu.

    Example (from Firefox)

    Is there a way to add the file menu in Microsoft Edge-file-menu.jpg

    They're not going to put the file menu back. Users have moaned about that for years in Chrome. I doub't that Microsoft will add it. As stated you can use shortcuts instead.

    Using shortcuts is a good thing for such menus. Why did users moan so much about the file menus in Google Chrome and other similar web browsers?

    They moaned that File Menu was missing. People don't like change or having to learn new ways of doing things.
