Lost email accounts in Outlook Live

However if you mean as shown on your computer 1809
It is VERY outdated

Quite apart from your posted problem you should update.

I also do not know what KBCI error is - presuming that it means Key Behaviours change inventory or perhaps - some meaning of silly mistake that I am not aware of

...and there are no current, restorable, full image backups on external media dated before this situation?

If you are attempting to recover deleted content from Outlook.com or Hotmail.com webmail service, you have 30 days before it is lost, provided you didn't empty the Deleted Items folder.





Folder in Deleted Items.





Recovered email in deleted folder moved to Inbox. Select email, right-click move to Inbox.

...and, please continue to make weekly or bimonthly full image backups of your OS and data partitions onto external media. If you had deleted the Recycle Bin contents before making the recovery, what would you have done then?
