Shortcuts on New Tab hidden by default?  

Hello,

I have set Edge Chromium to open a new tab at launch or when clicking the "plus" sign, containing customized shortcuts to websites. Usually these shortcuts are immediately visible but recently I'd have to click the "unfold" arrow to reveal these shortcuts every time I launch the browser or choose to open a new tab. A minor thing but quite annoying.

Is anyone else experiencing this and how do I solve it?

No, for me when I next open Edge it remembers the state it was in when I last closed Edge, either 'showing' or 'collapsed'.

Thanks for testing. Weird that it's not working at my end. I'm clean installing Windows soon anyway, hopefully that fixes it.

Weird, after a clean install of 20H2 the issue still persists. Which Edge and Windows builds are you using?

It's already on, that's not the issue. The issue is that whenever I open a new tab or launch Edge, the shortcuts are collapsed by default even though I have closed the previous session with the shortcuts visible. Every time I'd want to go to a website I often visit, I have to uncollapse the shortcuts first making it a bit tedious.

Are you experiencing the same issue?

No..., was just a stab in the dark. I don't even have Edge! Sorry.

Are you signing in? I don't, maybe it sync that's resetting your choices....

Thanks for the info. No, I don't have syncing on and I had the same build, now on 90.0.818.46 with the same issue. Weird..
