You usually block notifications...

This screnshoot is representing what's bothering me:



I don't want to see it every time notifications are blocked, and I don't want to re-enable notifications either.

MS again takes care user's software isn't misconfigured, even though this setting is ON by default, so if we set it to OFF then that obviously means it's should be OFF not that it should display an alternative notification.

Try to enable those edge://flags

Hey that's so cool because now in addition of the blue balloon going away, I don't see quiet notifications either.
It's nice and clean after setting following option to "Disabled"
