    I have this theory that programmers think they'll get fired if they don't keep changing things.


    They "had" FF done right back in the day. The only changes they "needed" to make were those involving memory usage, really.

    It's like Windows... they had it right with XP. Just force the industry to 64 bit, and beef up the driver store, and the world would still be running it.



    Btw, I should have marked this solved back when Bree mentioned that "yes, it started with version 87.0".

    Every time I make a backup, FF releases a final version... one day later.

    I don't do incremental or differential backups.

    I'm boring. I always run my cleaners, check my settings, then full OS image backups.
    The backups only take like 2.5 minutes.

    Yes, thankfully. That still works in FF 88.0. It's just on the right-click menu where it has been removed.
