In Edge where is 'save target as' or its equivalent

I have hunted around for this, there must be a way to do it but I havn't discovered it. The only suggestion I found was to use Internet Explore which is no longer on my PC!

In current versions of Edge, click the 3 dots at the upper left of the screen, select Settings, and then Downloads. Select "Ask me what to do with each download". Note that this is something only recently added so you will want to make sure you have a current version of the new Chromium Edge.

Thanks, I will try that out next time. This time it did not work because to my surprise the pdf file, for a TV manual, had not in fact been downloaded, it was only viewable online (I guess for commercial reasons). However, I have been able to download it on my Android Tablet, save it to a USB drive and then transfer it to my PC from which I printed it. The 'commercial reasons' do not relate to the TV company (Toshiba) who encourage users to download and print (parts of) their manuals, but to an online manual library which charges for the manuals (some do, others don't).
