    Has anyone found a way of copying highlighted text from a protected pdf file in Chrome or Edge?

    For a free PDF reader have a look at this:
    Free PDF Reader & PDF Viewer Download | Foxit Software
    I've been changing over to it as I don't like the opening interface of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

    EDIT: forgot to add the DC to the name.
