    PC or Palemoon the Culprit?

Cannot discover what the issue is. My minimal W10 experience is at fault I'm sure.

So far, only this site produces this :

(fwiw - The site is in fact up and reachable by my android and apple devices.)

I would bring this to the Pale Moon Forum.

They will probably be familiar with this issue, and have a workaround.

thx sgage - prior to seeing your post I fired up Edge and Firefox to confirm the same behavior with the dropbox site. Like PM, I am able to connect to all other websites.

So Shawn, still think this post belongs in this forum? My bad for not testing this on other browsers, sorry. Could it be a firewall issue? How to troubleshoot?
