Holy Moly!! How did you do that?! I love it...
My Edge version is 87.0.664.75 (Latest "Stable" version - x64)...

Yes! I don't know why MS is hearing the feedbacks but is not listening to the feedbacks! Just injecting 365 shortcuts in any free space of Edge as mush as it can do!

I put about:blank in the Edge URL/Address bat and hit Enter. The I press F11 to get Full Screen [different from Maximized], wait for the message on how to return goes away. There is a bit of color at the top edge, move the mouse there to get the Toolbar to pop down [it's similar to Hide the Taskbar].
Einstein way (method)…
I have a better solution, Platonic method!
1- If you are on any page with any URL, just press "Alt+D" (load address bar)
2- Type: about:blank
3- Press and hold "Alt+Ctrl" and press "Enter".
It will open a new blank tab on the same Edge window and without closing the current tab (that you are watching).
I've set up a shortcut icon (about:blank) in the Favorites bar. If I want a new blank tab, I just right-click > Open in new tab
Press and hold "Ctrl" and left click on it, the bookmark (if your wheel is not clickable)
