    Google Chrome Site issues

I've had this problem for several months I believe but just never really took the time to figure it out.

Full disclosure, I do not work for T-mobile, nor am I advertising for them. I'm simply using their site as an example.

Basically, I would go to this site, fill out the appropriate information, click the "See Channels" button and nothing happens. I've seen this on other websites as well, the browser does not respond to submissions like these. Unfortunately, offhand I can't think of another site that has this problem.

If I launch Mozilla Firefox, go to the same site, type in my zip code and click Find Channels, the website will work.

Again, I'm puzzled as to why this happens only on Google Chrome. I have disabled all add-blocking extensions for Google Chrome and the problem still exists. Google Chrome is my go-to browser,, normally.

    Hello,

    1. I would suggest you to only keep /export bookmarks from the chrome & give away all the other settings by Reset Google Chrome Settings To Default : Preferably Option 2!

    2. Backup Bookmarks as above. Then Uninstall & Reinstall Google Chrome. During Uninstall choose to remove all the settings, etc.

    3. Check whether Google Chrome is up to date.

    4. Check whether Google Chrome is allowed in the firewall.

    5. You should Turn On Security & Maintenance Messages , Restart the PC & Check there from time to time. Also check whether you have multiple enabled security softwares, Firewalls, Antivirus, etc,

    6. You should also check security status in Windows Security panel.

    7. Open your security software, check the protection status, etc & complete the necessary / pending steps if any. Also make a full system scan.

    Thanks. ...
