    Failure of video on NG e-mails. Windows 10 latest version


    Every week I get an email from National Geographic with photos/videos/articles. This is something I subscribe to. Every time I try to run one of the videos, which are less than 10 minutes long, the video fails after 3-4 minutes and displays the following error message ( see attached screenshots ).

    Is this an NG problem, a Win10 problem or a problem with my PC or with Chrome?

    Did you try on more than one browser ?

    Error msg indicated browser may be the issue.

    Tried another browser


    I tried MS Edge and got the same result.
