Lastpass and Edge

Until today, Lastpass has worked no problem with Edge. Today I noticed after rebooting the machine, I have to put the master password in Lastpass. Prior to this, I didn't although there was one time it did that a long time ago and one of the settings in Lastpass fixed it.
But today's issue does not reside with Lastpass itself. It works flawlessly in Chrome but here in Edge, I do have to put the password in there each time after closing down or a reboot. So the problem resides in Edge.
Cookies are enabled & I really didn't change anything apart from updating on Tuesday.
Has anyone an idea how to overcome this or has anyone else experienced this as of late?

This is weird. None of the above worked. I remember now how I overcame it a few months ago and that was by resetting Edge. This time, that didn't do the trick.

My apologies for getting one stuck. Surely, there must be a Brink out there who can help overcome this particular problem. It's possibly a toughie but ...
I have Lastpass running in Edge on two other computers and when the browser is closed and restarted, the master password does not have to be inserted in there each time.
But on this laptop, after clearing the history, one has to put the master password in each time. Something is awol and someone on here for sure can overcome this. I'll await your expertise! ;-)

Thanks for the suggestion. These two places that have to do with logging out have been and are both unchecked. This seems to be something related to this computer alone & Edge, for two other computers with Lastpass are having no problems.
If you have something else, I'll surely appreciate it. Thank you again for coming in on this.

Ok, I just got a note from Lastpass and here's what they told me to do. Go into Settings in Edge, then Privacy & Services, on the right click the link "Choose what to clear every time you close ..." and then "Disable the cookies and other site" & finally, this did the trick.

It was indeed turned on (just one) and when flipping that off, the snag was fixed. I was thinking of comparing the settings on both computers but it would have taken me forever I suppose to go down through the whole thing, not knowing what I was looking for.
One other time this happened and a reset fixed it but not this time. But whatever, I guess we can mark this one as solved.

I only think it's a risk if there are multiple people you may not trust also using the computer. If you're the only one using it, and always keep the lock screen on when away, I don't see a risk. If someone gets access to the computer to do something bad you already lost the security on it as they can do what ever they want even if you log out of all sessions, and delete autofills. They'd find a way to get person info including passwords anyway. True it's a safer measure to log out after every use of the computer, but most value the convenience of not having to log in every time they sit down at the computer.

LastPass for edge extension works fine on my home computer where I do not have profiles to log in the new edge.
However, LastPass keeps logging out on my work computer every time the browser is closed and I have to keep re-entering the password unlike on the Chrome Legacy app- Cookie settings are fine from where you can control them
The only difference is the Edge at work has been configured to load a profile from AD upon opening and I can only assume when it does that the cookies may be getting cleared in the background with no control over them
Nothing to do with LastPass settings as the same settings work fine on my home computer and in the same version of Edge on there and the cookie settings are the same
