Only suggest people in my contact list, outlook windows 10 app

Since that option missing from outlook, what should we do for that? I'm facing a very annoying situation, when Ι try to add a recipient in my MAIL app, a past contact appears which i dont want to be there. I'm pretty sure that its not stored in my people app, generally it's not stored somewere. Same thing happens also on my outlook browser.
    Any suggestions?

    FYI:

You can clear the auto-complete list by going to File, Options, Mail - the option to use the auto-complete list and the button to empty it are in the Send messages section about halfway down the dialog.

Look, I believe the issue begins from outlook browser but the suggestion you proposed is for outlook in office. I am talking about the stock build in MAIL app of windows 10. Thanks for your time.

Here's a tedious process that used to work....haven't tried this in quite some time.
How to clear/reset suggested Outlook.com Contacts in Win 10 Mail App Share function
    1. Go to Outlook.com web site, clear all suggested contacts, then sign out.
    2. Reset the Win 10 Mail App. Wait for taskbar “ripple”.
    3. Reset the Microsoft People App. Wait for taskbar “ripple”.
    4. Reboot the machine.
    5. Reinstall the Outlook.com account in the Win 10 Mail App.
    6. Restart the Microsoft People App, and answer “yes” to all the access questions.

In the Mail App, instead of going to the To: field, go to the right the Person Graphic in blue then you will get the contacts in your People App, then select and tick at the bottom.

Most suggested contacts are not in People contacts.

Look, the MAIL app of Windows 10 is not Outlook and is not a browser.

There is no easy way to delete suggested contacts in the Windows 10 Mail app.

But at Outlook.com in a browser you can start typing addresses in the To: field of a new message and then click X on unwanted suggestions which will then no longer appear.
