Microsoft Outlook Email Connected Accounts Error message on login

I was given a prompt about a connected Email account (cannot remember exactly what the sequence was)

I eventually was prompted to enter the current password - which has probably been changed in last few days (I cannot remember that either)

I need to enter the USER name for the connected Email Account and the password.

I can sort the Password out - I have it saved in my DASHLANE password saver app - BUT what should I enter, please for the USER NAME?

I presume that there is a TENFORUMS tutorial that contains instructions for this - if there is please will you, dear reader direct me to it - Thank you.

I am doing this procedure via my LINX1010B Laptop Device with WINDOWS 10 Updated to today.
