Got some w10 updates today, What happened?

    Hi,
W10 laptop was running fine, then I had to accept updates.
    Then:
1] Tor Browser worked for weeks, w/no problems. See uploaded image below.
2] Tor had to be removed manually, Revo nor W10 uninstall could not find it.
3] Downloaded Tor, would not install. Got same msg below.

My hunch is that these new updated caused above. I've been skeptical of W 10 updates from what I read. Is there a site I can go to to see what the experts are saying. I'm only a retired busn mgr with lot of work to do so I'm not surfing/searching what updates to take or avoid. Will anyone enlighten me as to the W10 update situation.

    Regards,

    RE: Tor

Check your antivirus/ onboard security software logs. The latest version is detected and removed by some AV's.

If that is the case whitelist these files:
