SBCGlobal.net has lost its EMail contacts.

One of my Windows 10 students has SBCGlobal.net as her EMail client. This morning, she discovered all her contacts have gone missing.

She's running 19041.450 and hasn't done any recent updates. She hasn't added or updated any apps or programs either.

Since I've never used this particular EMail client, and am not familiar with it, I'm at a loss.

Can she sign on through web browser and are the contacts showing.

I might also contact SBC global and see what type of backups might be available.

Could she comment, is this a Windows Store app?

Yeah, I guided her through signing on through Firefox, but there were no contacts.

I don't think she has an app from the store.

Are you sure she is running SBCGlobal client. I can't find such a product.

    Hopefully AT&T can help her.

I export my contacts and then import them into a second email address to provide a backup. While not that complicated it is more than what most users want to do.
