    Windows 10 Mail APP

I have turned on sound and banner for the Windows 10 Mail App but still can't get it to work. I get no banner or sound when the Action Center receives mail.

Works here, I first I didn't have those options turned on but when I did it works great, action center can also deliver breaking news stories and stuff, it is pretty cool.

Do you have the option turned on under, settings>system>notification & actions?
