gmail sets CONTROL-SHIFT-B to open blind carbon fields - not on win10

gmail sets CONTROL-SHIFT-B to open the address field for blind carbon, but PC won't execute it. The cursor goes down to the bottom of the screen. Don't know what it thinks it's doing when there. Does Win 10 have this shortcut set to something else? How can I find out?
    Thanks.

It works as intended here. In Firefox browser, maybe others, it displays Bookmarks Library.

At a Desktop screen, nothing running, try S+C+B and see what happens. Here, nothing happens.

In Edge it shows or hides the favourite bar.

    epilogue

Thanks to each of you for your reply.

It turns out that you can set up custom shortcuts for gmail. How thoughtful of Google! That will solve my problem.

In Win 10, from the O/S, CTRL-Shift-B resets the graphics stack. In Win 7, that command was ALT-CTRL-Shift-B.

I, too, use Firefox. There, CTRL-B brings up the Bookmark Manager for me. CTRL-Shift-B does nothing as far as I can tell.

I use a photo capture program, HyperSnap. That was set to capture a button image using a shortcut of CTRL-Shift-B. Having removed that shortcut, I no longer see the cursor descending to the bottom of the active window. Here to fore, it was capturing everything on the active window and sending that copy to the app every time I pressed the shortcut.

I use Gmail on Firefox and Ctrl+Shift+B does work for me when forwarding.
