I just checked mine and it displays C, in new tabs too.
Does edge get its weather info from the preinstalled MS-weather app?
Maybe you should check if the weather app is set to C or F.

Yes - checked Weather app, Bing and language/region settings.

Same problem here, regional settings are set to Sweden. My browser is set to not permanently store any data and clear all temporary data when you close the browser. It always show as F.

    Hmmm...
I rarely use Edge, but when i just opened it, in the upper left corner it says "Good morning, [My Name]" and then changes to display the weather. The temperature is shown in C. I'm signed in/logged in to my MS account (i also use MS account on my pc), but maybe that's why the temperatures are shown in C.

It's only on the homepage in edge where it displays the wrong measure (both the upper left and half-right screen). And only when opening a new tab or when clicking on the 'home' icon. The built-in weather app shows correct celsius. When I open edge from a closed position, it displays celsius, but when I go to a new site and then click 'home' it shows fahrenheit. It basically defaults to fahrenheit regardless. And I am logged into my Microsoft account aswell (both on Windows and Edge), which is in my language. Everything is in my language by the way; Windows, Edge, profile etc.

I've sent a feedback FWIW. Might get fixed on an update.

Also reported with a screenshot, the more that do so the more chance it will be looked at.

Just a couple of last (and obvious) suggestions from me:

Have you tried deleting cookies etc. ?

I occasionally use CCleaner to cleanup my browsers, and even if i delete evrything from within the browser (ctrl+shift+del), CCleaner still manages to find some stuff. Maybe that could help.
I'm only suggesting this because it is the only thing that i do that could affect this, and my system shows °C.

Does Edge have a reset/refresh option like Firefox?

Anyway, I hope it gets solved.

It's still bugged for me... How did you report this to Microsoft?

In Edge settings - Appearance turn switch for ' Show feedback button' to on. I used that then turned it off again.
