Edge Will Not Keep Me Signed In.

I am not sure if this is normal or not but either after a restart or waking up from sleep when I open Edge I always have to sign back in. If I forget to sign back in my sync, history etc. is not working of course. I just went thru all the tutorials on Edge and did not see anything pertaining to this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Windows Version 19041..388
    Edge Version 84.0.522.52

Are the Cookies, Broswer History getting cleared when you close the Browser?
Have a look in the options in Edge's settings.

    I hope this helps!

Sign into what? Google account? If so see:

Posts in the Windows 10 Feedback Hub report an issue that’s causing users to be “logged out everywhere after sleep or restart,” and by the looks of things, this affects not only Google Chrome, but pretty much any other app that’s installed on the device where a login was saved.

The cookies are not being cleared out. It’s really got me puzzled. Thanks for trying to help.

As stated above it’s only on Edge.

I've never heard of having to sign into Edge. I've only used legacy and dev builds.

From the link I posted a known bug means that some users get signed out of pretty much any app after sleep or restart.

I'd say wait for a fix.

    Edit:

Sign into Edge? I see that would require an profile and account. So you'd use a microsoft account or some other account that you set up. Anyway given your build I'd still say that it's a known bug.

A lot of my sites are signing me out near enough each visit/session, not all though.

I have had this before and it is either an Edge Dev update or a LastPass update, so it will eventually be fixed.

Edge keeps me signed into my Microsoft account just fine.
On waking, browser restarts, computer restarts etc it's always logged in whether I'm synching or not.

I'm using Edge Version 84.0.522.59 (Official build) (64-bit) along with Windows 10 Home Version 2004 19041.450 on HP laptop. Only extension I use is Ublock Origin.

I keep the Edge settings for "Privacy and Services" and "Site Permissions" on their defaults.

Just started using Edge as primary browser a few days ago. Great browser.

Anyone ever figure this out? I'm having this issue with iCloud, Paypal and xfinity and I've tried everything from turning off Edge's built in tracking prevention, setting Exclusions on Edge, disabling uBlock Origin / Privacy Badger and even disabling all extensions but it just won't save login info for these three sites.
