    Disappearing emails

Don't know where to put this so please forgive.
    Stats: windows 10 pro 64-bit.

I get an email that's important to me and 1st I print it. (fortunately)
Then I create a folder on the C drive to put it in. Then I move the email
to that folder and it disappears. It is my understanding that other
people are also having this problem. Where is "ALL MAIL & SENT MAIL"
    in windows 10?
I'm sure it must be my lack of fully understanding window 10

This really depends on the Mail client you're using. Do you use Windows Mail?

And how did you copy e-mail to a folder?

I save a Gmail mail by selecting print and selecting save as PDF.

What mail client are you using?

Windows 10 Mail app, Outlook 20xx, browser, other?

What version of Windows 10 are you using V1909, V2004.

In v1909 using Outlook 365 I'm able to drag an email to a folder on a storage drive. Didn't know I could do this before this thread. It also works with Thunderbird. It does not work in any form from a browser.

That is the function of Gmail, Webmail access, not Windows 10.

You must be making errors in moving those PDF files with the File Explorer later on.
