A replacement or a fix to MS Office Outlook 2013

The laptop I use for work has an MS Office 2013 Professional , where I used to rely heavily on MS Outlook as my email app of choice , around late 2018 and all gmail accounts I store in outlook keep failing to log and on loading them in a web browser they do tend to hint they refuse to run on such unsecured app .

Now funny enough this started to happen to Hotmail and Outlook emails too (refusing log in credentials) .

So my question is , are there certain procedures to fix this or this just means is time to upgrade my office license ?

Is there actually a better email app to rely on ?

If you would recommend an office upgrade , is it known to work smooth with Gmail or would it still be considered as an unsecured app ?

You've had this problem for two years and you have not looked in Google Help?
Let less secure apps access your account - Google Account Help

For MS Accounts, check this in the first instance
    MS Account - recent activity

I did that as per google suggestion which worked for a bit but then suddenly i am re-asked for passwords and they wont log me in if i am using outlook despite that option being enabled so seem google became more determined to put outlook 2013 to sleep or something .

Also does upgrading to MS Outlook 2019 is still considered a less secure app ?

Yes, any good email client should do this natively.

eM Client mentioned above also does but free version will only allow 1 email account. You need the paid version for multiple email accounts.

What do you mean "reputable" ? Third party email clients (which includes MS Outlook in MS Office) are only a conduit between your email server (ISP, Gmail, outlook.com, etc) (a storage location) and your computer (a storage location). There is no "external" storage between the email client and the user and the email service provider.
