    Adobe Flash Update?

Keep getting a notification that Adobe Flash needs Update in new Edge, Build 19041.....this locks screen....use Ctrl+Alt+Del to close Edge.
Have checked for infection with Defender, Mbam, Adwcleaner, and Hitman Pro.....all confirm clean.....
Do not have active Adobe Flash....Google does not recognise what could be a suspicious address?

I don't use Edge or even have it but check here:

Typical Fake Message characteristic, locked screen.
The message itself is unlikely to be detected as anything untoward, just that it links to Malware download.
Virus/Malware scanners do not detect anything.

You need to clear out temporary files for the Edge Browser(or indeed any Browser), also configure Edge Settings such that it does not load or pre-emptively load any website, continue where you left off, etc. You may have to check Startup pages in case they have been altered.

The genuine Notification/Action centre panel does not lock.

It has all the hallmarks of a scam. A very similar suspicious address can be found in Google: Performuberdevelopedapplication, but it's a dot com rather than dot best

A Whois lookup for that one gives a first registration date just over a month ago....
