Floating PIP Windows 10 Pro ver 2004 build 19041.329/Version 83.0.478.

Is there a way to turn off this picture in picture feature in (I assume) edge. Or maybe it's Windows 10. I'm not sure which. As I scroll through web pages and a video starts playing....If I continue to scroll down the video follows my scrolling down the page. I find this feature annoying. I don't see any setting in edge or windows 10 to turn this off. Any suggestions??

They're 'floating ads', they're generated by the web page/site. Not much you can do about em!
