How to pin browser (Chrome) profiles into Windows Start?

Hello, how can I pin Chrome profiles into Start? I right clicked on them and chose "pin to start", however when they got pinned there, they had different names like "profile 2" & "profile 3" & when I was clicking on them nothing was happening. Is there any way to pin profiles in start?

Windows version 1909 (OS build 18363.900).

Create shortcuts to the Profile Paths inside your Start Menu folder, name them as you wish...

    How do I do that?

I right click on profile shortcut and choose "pin to start". Then It gets here, but has this weird name and when I click on it nothing happens and right click also doesn't give me much options, only for resizing.

Create copies of those shortcuts in Start Menu Programs folder manually...

    C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

I went there, but unfortunately I don't see start menu here. All I see is this:

I already did that (otherwise I wouldn't be able to find "AppData" folder which by default is a hidden folder) and all I see there are these files in my previous post.

No, I'm not admin on this PC. It's managed by company and IT people.
